- The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Sale or clearance items.
3. How to Request a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and shipping instructions. You must ship the item back to us within 7 business days after receiving the return instructions. Please ensure that the item is securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or an error on our part. In those cases, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
6. Refunds or Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you once we receive the returned item. Please contact us for exchange instructions if applicable.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with the following details:
- Your order number and receipt.
- Photos of the damaged or defective item.
We will process a return for damaged or defective items and cover the return shipping costs. We will either issue a full refund or exchange the item, depending on your preference.
8. Items Lost During Return Shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
