Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for the following items:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Sale or clearance items.

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Order number and receipt.
- Photos of the damaged or defective item.
We will provide a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
